I figured out the sun visor after 20 minutes of studying it. It's really quite simple so save ur money, the only con is that u won't have the light in the vanity mirror. First disconnect it from the little lock that keeps it from hitting u in the face to access the screw, should be a t-25 star tip. Then with the screw out gently pull forward and down because it has a plastic hook that helps hold it in. Now disconnect the power wire harness so there are no bare wires in the hole and clip the wires on the visor side. Pull out the arm from the visor, it takes a little effort. Now look right at the edge of the hole on the bottom and there will be a small black metal piece about a quarter inch wide and when u pull it out its roughly an inch and a half long. Pull it out with a pair of needle nose pliers. Then take two additional sets of pliers, flat nose ones work the best, and put the piece of metal half way in sticking out the front. Now take the other pair and put on the other side and make a bend in the middle. Be careful not to bend too much or it will be harder to put back in. Alright now slide it back in the hole and tap with pliers and shove the arm back in the end and that's it! Put the visor back on and enjoy. I think the light is a reasonable sacrifice for a perfectly functioning visor. Hope this helps u guys and please reply so I know I helped at least one person with this annoying crap. GOOD LUCK
